Differences to consider
Clarify whether a right of use can be extended, who maintains the grave, which design rules apply and whether individual identification is provided. Communal and row graves often allow less individual design than choice graves.

Context for this cemetery
Alongside coffin and urn choice graves, communal options and a Volksbund burial area are published. Before maintenance or design work, establish whether the specific grave is individually maintained.
Ask the administration
- Is the preferred grave type currently available?
- What are the resting and usage periods?
- Which maintenance and design rules apply?
- Which fees arise in addition to the right of use?
